Hello, I received your message that my article submission has been declined. Article is about professor Atle Middtun. You say that text appears to be taken from his official website- https://www.atlemidttun.org/index.html, you are right, its closely paraphrase because of two reasons. First- official Atle Midttun's website is my website, I'm the author of his website, I own the full copyright then. Second- it's hard to write someone's short biography in completely another words- its just few sentences about facts, just mentioned his education, professional affiliations, names of his schools etc, its hard to have my own words for simple facts.
Since I own the copyright to https://www.atlemidttun.org/index.html, is it a possbility to write a permission and just use the text I already submitted in article's citations ? KoliberWeb (talk) 16:58, 27 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
