My name is Hamed Khorramyar and I am the photographer and copyright owner of Damavand in winter picture.
I saw your discussion on Wiki about the copyright. Hereby I declare all my photos in my both websites Photogallery one and Photogallery two can be used for non comercial use at www.wiki.x.io - I am happy to contribute a very small piece to this project. I am new to Wikipedia, so please guide me, should Arad erase the the picture and I upload it again? or how it works? Please reply in my own user discussion place Thanks.

- Thank you, but Wikipedia permits commercial use of its contents. If you disagree the photos in question would be deleted. Please check out {{cc-by-sa-2.5}} to see if you agree with its terms instead. There are more alternative on this page: Wikipedia:Image copyright tags Kaveh 10:06, 13 August 2006 (UTC)
Guys: Sorry for a long delay on this. As I have heared you can upload Pictures in Wikipedia with different licenses. There is no problem if you upload my photos with "creative commons" license, as it states it can be used if Photographer name is mentioned. That's all I ask for. I also have a new site, www.HamedPix.com and I will upload a lot more pictures from Central Alborz mountains and other places in Iran, which you are also welcome to upload and use in Wikipedia with the same license.
I also will be glad if you let me know when you do upload my picts in a page, it's nice to look at it and have a reference as well. :) my email and messenger is Khorramyar-at-Gmail-dot-com.
