The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

Highest grossing films

I think you may be mixing up worldwide gross and domestic gross; the few sources that do cite the 1 billion figure indicate that is worldwide gross; This article from last year gives the domestic figures, suggesting that The Hows of Us is behind Rewind and Hello, Love, Goodbye. I wish I could say it was simple; List of highest-grossing films in the Philippines currently says it's based on "Philippines-based from data gathered by Box Office Mojo," but some of the other sources used in the list differ from the Box Office Mojo figures, and most of the BOM figures only list US dollar figures.
