Amazing! You've only been with us for 3 months and already have over 300 unique pages edited! Please do not be discouraged by the nominations for deletion. I will try to help you defend the existence of these articles, but next time try to keep in mind guidelines such as WP:Notability, WP:Independent, and WP:NOT before writing. In any case, great job and keep up the good work! Even experienced editors like me have articles deleted. If you really think a subject you're written about should meet the above guidelines but you don't have time to fight it, don't be afraid to request that the article be moved to your WP:userspace so you can work on it at your own pace. —CodeHydro 18:29, 18 December 2014 (UTC) |
- Hydro is right here - despite the above templates I'd be more than happy to help you out improving these others you've created, as I believe most can be easily expanded:
- A couple of others may have notability issues but I can discuss those with you before taking any further action. Let me know what you think, Nikthestunned 12:38, 19 December 2014 (UTC)
- Thanks for your support, I will keep adding more and improving the existents. I would appreciate your help. Have a happy new year. Done. Karlhard (talk to me) 19:23, 13 January 2015 (UTC)

- Hi, I was wondering why you would think (per your edit summary) that an article can't have both {{refimprove}} and {{notability}} tags. The shortcomings that the two tags flag can easily coexist. I might doubt the notability of a subject, even if I believe the subject exists. But suppose the article makes a lot of strong statements that are a bit suspicious and that really call for in-article references for support. I'm going to tag it for notability and also for improved referencing. —Largo Plazo (talk) 17:37, 8 March 2015 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Forte Sounds
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Forte Sounds requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organization or company, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. [edit]You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you use Wikipedia for soapboxing, promotion or advertising. The extent of your promotional editing is truly massive. Here are some of the warnings you deleted from your talk page. [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] [6] [7] [8]. Also, it is really obvious that several of your articles were commissioned on an external website for pay, by Bikiniluxeswim, Forexearly, etc. Logical Cowboy (talk) 13:47, 14 March 2015 (UTC)
- Logical Cowboy, I did not get paid for those articles nor any articles. I removed warnings because they got expired. What is your problem with me. --Karlhard (talk) 02:40, 15 March 2015 (UTC)
- What interested you in writing an article on Bikini Luxe? Do you buy your bathing suits there? It seems like a real coincidence that Bikiniluxeswim is advertising on another website for someone to write a promotional article, and there are you writing a promotional article for them. The exact same thing has happened with several of the promotional articles you have written. Logical Cowboy (talk) 03:04, 15 March 2015 (UTC)
- Karlhard, your editing appears to be promotional, and with a suspected COI. Please refrain from personalising the suspicions concerning these edits. Care to answer the question put to you by Logical Cowboy? Widefox; talk 17:57, 29 March 2015 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free image File:Bikini Luxe logo.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Bikini Luxe logo.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

Late Night Tales presents After Dark: Nocturne
[edit]Hi - can you please explain why you've flagged this for deletion? The series is long running and both of Bill's previous releases have had no problems from other wiki members. It's a relatively new release so there isn't much press on it yet but you can see various sources that I've used for previous releases.

The label's main releases here: http://en.wiki.x.io/wiki/Late_Night_Tales
Thanks
Johnnybeverton (talk) 13:05, 26 March 2015 (UTC) johnnybeverton
- Late Night Tales is the main release, which is why I am current nominating to Redirect those articles (which individually have no significance) to the main page. Including Nightshift, Nocturne and After Dark. If my proposed deletion got declined. --Karlhard (talk) 13:08, 26 March 2015 (UTC)
Late Night Tales is a record label, not a release - see the description on the main article. The three articles are separate releases on the label, another example of LNT presents is Tom Findlay (Groove Armada)'s Late Night Tales presents Automatic Soul. Johnnybeverton (talk) 13:22, 26 March 2015 (UTC)
- That being the case, the album for the only reason of being an album does not deserve a Wikipedia article. The albums that do not have enough references and do not establish the notability of the article are going to be proposed as an article for deletion. This may be WP:TOOSOON. Karlhard (talk) 13:25, 26 March 2015 (UTC)
So the best course of action would be to wait until there are some notable press quotes about the release? They are forthcoming. Are you planning to go through every single release on the Late Night Tales page and propose deletion for articles that you don't see fit? Johnnybeverton (talk) 13:29, 26 March 2015 (UTC)
- Here in Wikipedia we don't "wait until there is some press release", the contributors are there to create an article that is notable by itself and deserves an article. Yes, I am going to go through every single release and propose it to redirect to the main article (which is the label). Karlhard (talk) 02:44, 27 March 2015 (UTC)
