Help me!

Hello, I would like help with a sensitive topic. It's about my topic-ban appeal from the Age of Consent article in Spanish (Edad de Consentimiento) that can be seen here: My Talk Page in Spanish and I don't know where to submit this.
I believe my ban was a mistake in my part that I have clarified that began the edit warring (I mistakenly thought we were talking about Article 190 and not Article 190 Quater) and the ban reason was that I edited the article without sources, which I explained that I was clarifying a previous paragraph and showed my history of citing sources. I have provided my points for my unban and admitted to my mistakes and explained my history but I believe the Admin Geom that kept my ban hasn't read my whole appeal because I still don't know the reason it is kept. I made sure to read Appealing a block and Guide to appealing blocks in case I missed anything.
In his words: "El bloqueo parcial se mantiene. No necesitas librarte del impedimento de editar en esa página concreta para colaborar en otras diferentes. Y no hay ninguna marca de que tu cuenta sea una CPP salvo en los registros y estos no pueden ser borrados."
The partial block is maintained, and that I don't need to edit the Age of Consent article in Spanish to edit other articles. This is the same as saying "You are banned from editing this particular article because you can edit other articles." I still don't know what the ban reason is and replied to him to know why I was banned and would like to be unbanned.
It has been 10 days and I don't know where to post this, in Administrators' noticeboard or Dispute Resolution. Apologies if I needed to wait more, but it seems the same user that asked for my ban (seen here: The IP account mentioning me) has also deleted the Age of Consent map because few countries age of consent were outdated, instead of editing it himself or posting it in the discussion page.
I would also like to ask an Admin to restore that map, and maybe apply Semi-protection for that article since that IP account is making major edits to that article. I truly hope Geom read my appeal and didn't give me a reason for my ban just to save time, and doesn't do it to others, thank you, and I hope this gets through.

- We cannot help you with issues on the Spanish Wikipedia; each language Wikipedia is a separate project, with their own editors and polices. Administrators on one version are not usually administrators on another. You will need to handle this there, using whatever process they have to do so. 331dot (talk) 07:48, 8 April 2023 (UTC)
