User talk:Iain Robb
Welcome!
Hello, Iain Robb, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one of your contributions does not conform to Wikipedia's Neutral Point of View policy (NPOV). Wikipedia articles should refer only to facts and interpretations that have been stated in print or on reputable websites or other forms of media.
There's a page about the NPOV policy that has tips on how to effectively write about disparate points of view without compromising the NPOV status of the article as a whole. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the New contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{Help me}}
on your user page, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Here are a few other good links for newcomers:
- The five pillars of Wikipedia
- How to edit a page
- Help pages
- Tutorial
- How to write a great article
- Simplified Manual of Style
I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome! Dougweller (talk) 14:14, 2 March 2014 (UTC)

[edit]Please stop adding unsourced content, as you did to Radical feminism. This contravenes Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Kevin Gorman (talk) 02:47, 9 May 2014 (UTC)

Citing sources
[edit]Please reference WP:CITE to learn how to properly cite sources. Littlecarmen (talk) 13:45, 15 July 2014 (UTC)
Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Trainspotting (novel). Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted or removed. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Administrators have the ability to block users from editing if they repeatedly engage in vandalism. Rijin (talk) 14:24, 19 July 2014 (UTC)
Failure to provide sources or communicate with other editors
[edit]You've been asked several times to provide sources but have ignored all the requests so far as I can tell. WP:VERIFY is core policy. You are also not communicating with other editors on a project that requires editors to collaborate. Please, if you wish to continue to edit, start to do both. Thanks. [edit]Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to violate Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy by adding commentary and your personal analysis into articles, as you did at The Decameron (1971 film), you may be blocked from editing. SummerPhD (talk) 16:21, 1 September 2014 (UTC)
