Orphaned non-free media (File:Bart Gets Hit by a Car Episode 23 title card.jpg)
Thanks for uploading File:Bart Gets Hit by a Car Episode 23 title card.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Hazard-Bot (talk) 04:15, 24 June 2012 (UTC)

hey there
sorry about that, i keep getting edit conflicted here, i even got edit conflicted when trying to readd your comment! =)LuciferWildCat (talk) 21:03, 12 July 2012 (UTC)
- Yeah I know how to do so, but I shouldn't have to create a userification when I am just attempting to contribute to an article. It's terrible that every edit I have made got deleted right away, as if there was no edit history to rework it later, this is an issue of a territorial editor IMO.LuciferWildCat (talk) 21:58, 12 July 2012 (UTC)

Cheers
I see you have created some Cheers episodes. I added some templates to the "Showdown (Cheers)". Any chance you could create some of the season articles needed at Wikipedia:WikiProject Television/Seasons for creation for Cheers?--TonyTheTiger (T/C/BIO/WP:CHICAGO/WP:FOUR) 00:06, 14 July 2012 (UTC)

A cup of coffee for you!
Cup of coffee for keeping me alert. I did not realize that I had left a vandalism warning on the IP editor's talk page for the edit made to Cheers. It has since been reverted and a beer left for good will. Thanks for keeping me on my toes so that I can pay closer attention. Morning277 (talk) 02:32, 24 July 2012 (UTC) |
Just a note re: non free images
Just re-positioned the newer Three's Company cast photos because they were in a gallery. While we're able to do things like this with PD images, we can't do it with the non free ones. Not sure if you have any others like this, but thought I'd give you a "heads up" on it because if they're like this they can be orphaned. We hope (talk) 20:40, 28 July 2012 (UTC)
DYK nomination of Sam, Derek, and Diane in Cheers
Hello! Your submission of Sam, Derek, and Diane in Cheers at the Did You Know nominations page has been reviewed, and there still are some issues that may need to be clarified. Please review the comment(s) underneath your nomination's entry and respond there as soon as possible. Thank you for contributing to Did You Know! LauraHale (talk) 21:16, 28 July 2012 (UTC)
- It refers to an episode not in the article. It thus needs a source, even if only to that episode if you want the DYK review to go forward. --LauraHale (talk) 21:19, 28 July 2012 (UTC)
- piece of advice: One or two alts are fine. Doing 11 requires a reviewer to either check EVERY alt for accuracy and then pick one... or just pick one and review based on it. Yours got hung up because you had so many alt hooks and edits, which made the state of nomination unclear. If you had a preference for one or the other, then next time just propose one or two. I wasn't going to review that many hooks unless they all had issues. --LauraHale (talk) 01:29, 29 July 2012 (UTC)

DYK for Cheers (season 1)
On 1 August 2012, Did you know? was updated with a fact from the article Cheers (season 1), which you created or substantially expanded. The fact was ... that, after low first-run viewership, the Nielsen ratings of Cheers improved during the summer between the finale of the first season and the second season premiere? You are welcome to check how many hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, quick check) and it will be added to DYKSTATS if it got over 5,000. If you know of another interesting fact from a recently created article, then please suggest it on the Did you know? talk page. |

GA reassessment requests
I see you have requested a few reassessments. I had a look at Eminem and apart from a few single sentence paragraphs I could not see anything wrong with it. Friends seems fine too. Lindsay Lohen is possible the worst of the three, but still not enough in my opinion to warrant a reassessment. Only Lohen has any discussion regarding GA quality and it appears to have been addressed by an editor. I am hoping you could provide a bit more detail about why you requested a reassessment. Addition of information not in source
You cited a source in the GoldenEye 007 (1997 video game) as critisizing its graphics when it makes no reference to its graphics at all. Please don't add information to articles that is not in the source you are citing. ArtistScientist (talk) 09:25, 26 August 2012 (UTC)

Orwa Nyrabia
It is only used to cite one very uncontroversial sentence (He also worked as assistant director on several films including Usama Muhammad's "The Box of Life"). I'll try to find another website, nevertheless. Yazan (talk) 03:11, 30 August 2012 (UTC)
