You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for blatant spamming. Attempting to use Wikipedia for advertising is a mistake commonly made by newcomers acting in good faith, not knowing that doing so is contrary to Wikipedia policy. There is, however, nothing "good faith" about trying to hijack an article and turn it into an advertisement for a business totally unrelated to the topic of that article, as you did. You knew full well what you were doing.
