Please assume good faith

[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, we would ask that you assume good faith while interacting with other editors, which you did not on Randy Orton. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Papacha (talk) 13:00, 23 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

While I agree with you that Orton's suffered a legitimate injury, please don't blow up at your fellow editors and assume they're "idiots", it's not uncommon for injury storylines to be written to explain someone's absence from the ring. The other guy's in the wrong too, but just carry on through and provide valid links for verification beyond reasonable doubt to prove your case. Also - you're probably better off using f4wonline or the Torch as a reference resource; sescoops isn't considered a trusted one and WWE.com's been known to fabricate stories (Jericho "head-kick" injury from EC; AJ's laundry list of maladies from Big Show) as mentioned previously. Papacha (talk) 13:00, 23 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Refer to the 23 Feb. 2012 note above. Ditto while describing your edits. Don't be a dick. Thanks. Nhprman 20:59, 2 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Week 11 Colts-Pats Game

[edit]

Hi there. Please see the bottom of the press release at http://www.cbspressexpress.com/cbs-sports/releases/view?id=33489 - CBS apparently knew about the 4:25 Eastern time change for Colts/Pats before the NFL announced it, but still listed Harlan/Wilcots for the game. I have not yet seen a newer press release on http://www.cbspressexpress.com/cbs-sports/releases saying that they have switch Nantz-Simms to the game. Just because a Sunday afternoon is flex, it does not necessarily mean that the number 1 broadcast team for that network will call that game. I can give you a few examples of this over the past few seasons. Once they post a new "NFL on CBS Audibles" press release updating the announcers, we can update it accordingly. Remember, content on Wikipedia is determined by previously published information rather than by the personal beliefs or experiences of its editors. Regards. Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Scott MacDonald (actor), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page NCIS (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Main event matches

[edit]

Like I said in my edit summary, I wasn't sure how many main events there were, so I guessed it was three. When I read the Main event article, it said "Sometimes, multiple matches of equally high importance take place on a card, occasionally at intervals throughout (to sustain spectator interest for its duration) but generally at the end in succession." From that, I inferred that the Divas match was not a main event (and I think every WWE fan would agree). Antoshi 23:20, 7 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm Vjmlhds. I noticed that you made a comment on the page List of WWE personnel that didn't seem very civil, so it has been removed. Wikipedia needs people like you and me to collaborate, so it's one of our core principles to interact with one another in a polite and respectful manner. If you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Vjmlhds 17:37, 19 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Notice

[edit]

Number 1 don't be so rude unless you want me to report you for personal attacks (it's not the first time you have been warned) and second if you made sure you always sourced your work, used edit summaries and the likes there would be no misunderstandings. Information icon Hello, I'm Betty Logan. I noticed that you recently removed some content from List of highest-grossing films without explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; I restored the removed content. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks! Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
