Remove all the 'references' to Wikipedia articles. See Help:Referencing for beginners for how to convert all those URLs at the end into embedded references. However, it is possible, likely likely, that Jahandir's career does not qualify as Wikipedia-notable, meaning that no improvement to the draft will qualify.
