[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm Skyerise. I wanted to let you know that one or more external links you added to Quantum tic-tac-toe have been removed because they seemed to be inappropriate for an encyclopedia. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page, or take a look at our guidelines about links. Thank you. Skyerise (talk) 12:23, 8 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hi @Skyerise, thank you for the heads-up, apologies for the external link. I noticed that the entire section was removed, would the section be ok if the link is not mentioned?
Ideally, I would even suggest a separate page for TiqTaqToe that explains the variant, with a disambiguation for quantum tic-tac-toe (both games are known under that name). Is that something I can suggest myself? Evert v Nieuwenburg (talk) 12:35, 8 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Anything you add to the article must be supported by independent sources. For example, you cannot use a link to a website to support the addition of a website. You must cite a third-party review of the website. If there is no third-party source, then the website is considered non-notable and should not be added. If the website belongs to you, then you must declare a conflict of interest on the talk page of the article and you may not add your own website anywhere on Wikipedia. That would be considered spamming and you could be blocked from editing for adding it. Skyerise (talk) 21:11, 8 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
In any case, the link you added doesn't even work. It returns "502 Bad Gateway". Skyerise (talk) 21:15, 8 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
