Why so many cuts

The cuts I have made to the draft are from my understanding of content that would result in a draft being declined by a reviewer. I concur that CBM meets Wikipedia's concept of notable, but more cuts are needed. David notMD (talk) 11:53, 10 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
