Infobox on High Wycombe

Thanks for adding the infobox. Hope you don't mind - I've made a couple of corrections and additions (benefit of local knowledge). I don't know what the correct parish is, but its not West Wycombe, as that would be the village to the West of the town which has its own parish. Anyway, keep up the good work!
