ArbCom 2024 Elections voter message
[edit]Hello! Voting in the 2024 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 2 December 2024. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.
The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
If you wish to participate in the 2024 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}}
to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:45, 19 November 2024 (UTC)
Question from Yaw Lapigee (10:22, 11 December 2024)
[edit]Hi mentor, I am Yaw Lapigee and I would want to know how to fix an orphan page and also get a deleted page back.
Hope to hear from you soon Thank you --Yaw Lapigee (talk) 10:22, 11 December 2024 (UTC)
- An orphan page is an internal category, template, not something fixed in that sense. Rather, you simply link the relevant article, from the body of another article. Thereafter, the page is not an orphan, and noone would object to removing the template.
- You can request it at Requests for undeletion. However, if the page was deleted as the outcome of a discussion, the appropriate venue is Deletion review. Dege31 (talk) 03:32, 15 December 2024 (UTC)

Hello, how do I edit the title on an exisiting wikipedia page? --Mk1870 (talk) 13:22, 15 January 2025 (UTC)
- You are unable to move a page, because you are not autoconfirmed. Dege31 (talk) 13:57, 15 January 2025 (UTC)
- So I will be autoconfirmed when my account is 4 days old? Mk1870 (talk) 14:13, 15 January 2025 (UTC)
- And what do you mean when you write "move a page"? Mk1870 (talk) 14:14, 15 January 2025 (UTC)
- Yes.
- Click on the links. You can't "edit the title" as such, so it's called moving a page. Dege31 (talk) 15:05, 15 January 2025 (UTC)
