Hi Deborahlouise73. You may contribute content to articles as long as it is cited from reliable sources. However, do not add external links to pages containing user-generated content such as personal websites, blogs, forums, social networking sites (please read WP:UGC) or commercial websites, pages selling products or services, company websites (please read WP:ADV, WP:ELNO, WP:LINKSPAM).
