Great photo but please remember to LOOK before you add. If you had scrolled further down you would have found a whole gallery of beautiful pictures by wiki contributors. Your picture is now in that gallery. Could you please go back and add the location.

Removing text without explanation and, in this case, apparently without any reason is what we call vandalism on Wikipedia. That is not accepted. You may explain your edits, and then it's more chance that we will accept your edits. But I can't see any reason for removing all the commanders and that it was part of the Afghan Civil War (1989-1992). --188.113.91.110 (talk) 15:33, 29 January 2012 (UTC)
You added a photo of Volleyball to the "recent images" gallery of this page. Could you please go back to that page and add the country to the caption of the photo, and link it. Amandajm (talk) 05:04, 20 February 2012 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for April 6
[edit]Hi. When you recently edited Shahin Najafi, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Persian (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Speedy deletion nomination of Abolghasem Bakhtiar
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Abolghasem Bakhtiar requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a clear copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.
If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Signature
[edit]Hi. Just a heads-up that your signature is using <font size="4">, which is discouraged by the guideline. It would be fine if you take out this parameter but keep the others to <font>. Thanks! — The Earwig (talk) 15:18, 13 July 2012 (UTC)

Airports in Canada
[edit]Not really. For one thing, they're in different namespaces; we never speedy delete a page solely because it duplicates a page in another namespace. For another thing, it would be downright confusing to delete it, since 232 other countries have "List of airports in ___" articles; people would start wondering why we had no Canadian list when we have a list of airports in Saint Helena, Ascension and Tristan da Cunha and a list of airports in Bulgaria. It's needed as a parent for List of airports in Quebec, List of airports in Alberta, etc., as well as for pages such as List of airports in Canada (N–Q) and List of Canadian airports by location indicator: CR. When we have too many entries in a list for it to be easily navigable, and when we resolve that problem by splitting everything out into sublists, it's still helpful to keep the parent list to help people find the right sublist. The template is meant for navigating from one sublist to another, while the mainspace page is meant for finding those sublists in the first place. Nyttend (talk) 00:10, 3 February 2013 (UTC)
- Yes, speedy delete was not true. i think when template exist, same information not need to in list. i have idea, check the article on hours later. Darafsh Kaviyani (Talk) 00:34, 3 February 2013 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for July 15
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Speedy deletion contested: Pam Pabanzin, Khuzestan
[edit]Hello درفش کاویانی, and thanks for patrolling new pages! I am just letting you know that I contested the speedy deletion of Pam Pabanzin, Khuzestan, a page you tagged for speedy deletion, because of the following concern: Invalid CSD criteria. You may move the page to the correct spelling if you wish. You may wish to review the Criteria for Speedy Deletion before tagging further pages. Thank you. Dusti*Let's talk!* 07:43, 25 July 2013 (UTC)
- Hello dear Dusti. "Dusti" in Persian langauge means "friendship" :-) any way, Pam Pabanzin, Khuzestan is not a village, its just a gas station! i think this article should be delete. Criteria for Speedy is {{db-g1}}. Thanks Darafsh Kaviyani (Talk) 08:00, 25 July 2013 (UTC)
- That isn't a valid speedy deletion criterion. I suggest, if the name is wrong, that you move the article to the correct name :) Thanks, Dusti*Let's talk!* 17:22, 25 July 2013 (UTC)
- Why would Iran's census bother to count people who live at a gas station? Carlossuarez46 (talk) 14:20, 31 July 2013 (UTC)

Dead link
[edit]The 2009 "List_of_Jamoats" that you are using to support articles on Jamouts is giving a 404 not found. Without that, these articles are unreferenced; it would be good if you locate and use an available reference resource? The articles can then be marked off as reviewed without maintenance tags. - Yes, you right. i was downloaded that file and dont check it again. i try to find another source. Thanks Darafsh Kaviyani (Talk) 19:37, 24 August 2013 (UTC)
separating lists into many small articles
[edit]Hello, it appears that some of your latests edits are causing problems for other editors. You should check Wikipedia:Help_desk#Lists_being_broken_into_individual_articles_for_no_reason before making new articles from lists. --Enric Naval (talk) 11:49, 27 August 2013 (UTC)
