I think it's probably necessary to create a new article for this content, given that it was formed by a merger of two institutions with their own articles. However, this draft has vast amounts of unreferenced content, which needs to be fixed before it can be approved. It would also be really useful (though not necessary) if the referenced content from the predecessor institution articles could be merged into this one (see Wikipedia:Merging for how to do this with appropriate copyright attribution) so we don't have to sort out three overlapping articles later.

Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit when they have been resolved.
