[edit]ArbCom 2021 Elections voter message
[edit]Hello, Comte0,
If you want this article restored, please go make a request at WP:REFUND. I just accidentally saw the message you left for me on an orphaned talk page. Liz Read! Talk! 21:53, 16 April 2022 (UTC)
FYI
[edit]Regarding Bad Dreams (Christin and Mézières comics). I would very much like to see it improved - I am quite fond of Franco-Belgian comics, and I've authored articles such as Chninkel and Hans (comic book). Sadly, I couldn't find good sourcse for this album, nor for most of the Valérian and Laureline ones. Wikipedia articles must have more content than just plost summaries. If you read French (mine is limited), you can try to get access to the books you've found, either though library or through WP:LIBRARY resource's exchange. When I was working on Thorgal (still in progress), another editor helped me to check the contents of a French book here. Lastly, you can always ask for this article to be draftified in your userspace instaed of being deleted, while you look for sources. Cheers, Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 11:37, 21 April 2022 (UTC)

[edit]Dear Comte0,
I'd like to extend a cordial invitation to you to join the Twenty Year Society, an informal group for editors who've been participating in the Wikipedia project for twenty years or more.

Happy Birthday!
[edit]Have a happy birthday, Comte0! Supplied by the Wikipedia Birthday Committee, have one free cake! Enjoy! Best wishes to you on your special day! |
Hello, Comte0,
This draft was due to be deleted tomorrow for being stale (CSD G13) and when I looked at the page history, I saw the AFD last spring. The article was moved to Draft space so you could work on it. I see that you haven't been active lately, but I thought I'd just remind you that the draft is still here and is now due to be deleted in April 2023 unless it is improved, submitted to AFC and can get moved back to the main space of the project. I hope you have some time before then to give it a little attention. Thank you! Liz Read! Talk! 21:17, 26 October 2022 (UTC)

I have sent you a note about a page you started
[edit]Hi Comte0. Thank you for your work on SMPTE 240M. Another editor, MPGuy2824, has reviewed it as part of new pages patrol and left the following comment:
not mentioned in the target page

- @MPGuy2824: Hi. The target page doesn't matter, what does are WP:RS.

- I only meant that we should not be surprising readers. If you can find a way to mention this on the target page (with one of the refs that you mentioned above), it would be great. -MPGuy2824 (talk) 17:11, 15 December 2024 (UTC)
- And I meant that WP:SOFIXIT is policy. I'm not very active on wikipedia, and further editing might never happen. After all, if you look at the other comments on this page, I've been supposed to find references for Bad Dreams for 2 years by now.

Hehe, I totally understand.- I tried to look for a place to add some text about the 240M standard to Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers, but I think changing the target to List of color spaces and their uses#Others with RGB primaries might make more sense. The 240M standard is mentioned there. Would you object to that? -MPGuy2824 (talk) 07:49, 16 December 2024 (UTC)
