As presented, the article doesn't show why the subject is worthy of an encyclopedia article, although by what I read in "referenceforbusiness" indicates this may be a notable topic. The Union Bank source only gives a passing reference. Wikipedia should not be used as a reference, and in general blogs are not reliable sources. Can you find another reference such as the referenceforbusiness one, and flesh out the article with more biographical details, such as birth/death dates, how he came to found the bank, etc?

Kaspare Cohn Biography

In the early 20th century, Kaspare was the founder of the Kaspare Cohn Commercial & Savings Bank, which later became Union Bank & Trust, and of the Kaspare Cohn Hospital, which later became Cedars of Lebanon, one of two hospitals that merged to form Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.

References to Kaspare are peppered across wikipedia and wikipedia istself has several "empty references" to Kaspare at "http://en.wiki.x.io/wiki/MUFG_Union_Bank" and "http://en.wiki.x.io/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia:New_user_landing_page&page=Kaspare+Cohn 173.200.78.186 (talk)Hi, Chris here (chrisbutanyway). A peer who has been working with becoming a Wikipedia contributor was supposed to pick up this thread. I am not terribly familiar with this site and each time I've ploddingly posted materials on Kaspare Cohn that seemingly conform to the requirements but the feedback that I've gotten has sometimes been unclear/non-specific/inaccurate.
