Grammar fixing

[edit]

Hello, I've noticed that in a few of your edits, you've made changes to phrasing (1, 2) with the edit summary "Fixed grammar" where the grammar was actually already correct prior to your edits. Please make sure you keep an accurate edit summary with actual fixes and rather than replacing text with different words that hold the same meaning which is not helpful. — Cosmic6811 T/C 20:07, 30 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hello,
Ok. BritishGrammar (talk) 21:18, 30 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Also, not related, but regarding the situation on the page Rishi Sunak, I see you've mistakenly addressed User talk:Tim O who is not a user. Just wanted to let you know correct page is located at User talk:Tim O'Doherty and you'll get a better chance of a reply there. Additionally, make sure you're aware of WP:EDITWAR and WP:3RR. — Cosmic6811 T/C 23:12, 30 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Rishi Sunak. This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Points to note:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. Callanecc (talkcontribslogs) 23:23, 30 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
