Decline reason:

You're clearly a sock puppet. Your first edit was to User:WaterQert1/sandbox, a page that has only ever been edited by other sock puppets, let alone its a sandbox that does not reside in your user space. It looks like vandalism. And then you went on to edit Total Drama, an article edited by other sock puppet from the same sock master. Repeated unblock requests will result in the removal of your talk page privileges.
