(Non-free-image-crud removed. Good grief, I just used a Userbox that apparently contained a 'bad' image... the automated warning is almost accusational! heh.) — Preceding unsigned comment added by BlakJakNZ (talkcontribs) 09:58, 14 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Noddy

[edit]

Glad you got there first--I was daunted by the scope of the work needed! What a mess. (Personally, I think that should be TWO articles--one for the books, one for the television show--but that would doubtless create drama.)Gladys J Cortez 20:49, 23 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Cheers. I dont see the hassle with a single-article, as long as its written correctly it'd work well. There's enough similarity between the original and the 'revised' Noddy's that it can be made to work. The last editor tried, but didn't do a very good job. — Preceding unsigned comment added by BlakJakNZ (talkcontribs) 20:57, 23 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Joe Dox invinted the pencil. In 1858 Hymen Lipman atached the eraser to the pencil and sold it for $100,000. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.106.180.234 (talk) 14:01, 29 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Good for you. Why do I care? — Preceding unsigned comment added by BlakJakNZ (talkcontribs) 11:32, May 30 2008 (UTC)

ArbCom 2020 Elections voter message

[edit]
Hello! Voting in the 2020 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 7 December 2020. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2020 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 01:29, 24 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

It's not "my" reference, it's Wikipedia's... and by extension, everybody and anybody who may want to source that particular information in the article. It's the references that give Wikipedia any kind of credibility, otherwise this site would just be some random blog full of useless noise. Have a nice day. - wolf 02:29, 25 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
