Speedy deletion nomination of Ecostructure
[edit]A tag has been placed on Ecostructure, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done for the following reason:
Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not meet basic Wikipedia criteria may be deleted at any time.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hang on}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion, or "db", tag; if no such tag exists, then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hang-on tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Ecostructure
[edit]Hi, AlexPlante. At the AfD for Ecostructure you wrote, "Do you think it would make sense to move the whole thing over to the Wiktionnary? I'm not sure how to do that, or how to link to Wiktionnay article in a Wikipedia article."
Although the page would require additional editing, some of the information in Ecostructure might meet Wikitionary's criteria for inclusion. They are described here.
To copy an article from Wikipedia to Wiktionary, you can add the {{Copy to Wiktionary}} template to the page. This will cause a bot to copy the article.
To link to other Wikimedia projects, see Help:InterWikimedia links. This is usually accomplished with an internal link including the appropriate prefix. For example wikt:example connects to the word "example" at Wiktionary. (Note that Wiktionary titles are case-sensitive.) You can use piping to change the appearance, like this.

Interview for The Signpost
[edit]This is being sent to you as a member of WikiProject Urban studies & Planning
The WikiProject Report would like to focus on WikiProject Urban studies & Planning for a Signpost article. This is an excellent opportunity to draw attention to your efforts and attract new members to the project. Would you be willing to participate in an interview? If so, here are the questions for the interview. Just add your response below each question and feel free to skip any questions that you don't feel comfortable answering. Multiple editors will have an opportunity to respond to the interview questions, so be sure to sign your answers. If you know anyone else who would like to participate in the interview, please share this with them. Thanks, Rcsprinter123 (soliloquize) @ 12:00, 8 November 2014 (UTC)
Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Disambiguation link notification for August 27
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Suo Gân, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Treble and Seren. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
