Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Hecht-Lancaster & Buzzell Music, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Mark Murphy. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Speedy deletion declined: Tricycle Records

[edit]

Hello AbridgedPause, and thanks for patrolling new pages! I am just letting you know that I declined the speedy deletion of Tricycle Records, a page you tagged for speedy deletion, because of the following concern: being founded by notable artists and signing notable artists indicates significance. A7 is not for articles lacking notability. You may wish to review the Criteria for Speedy Deletion before tagging further pages. Thank you. SoWhy 19:02, 8 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Managing a conflict of interest

[edit]

Information icon Hello, AbridgedPause. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places, or things you have written about in the article Vision Éternel, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a COI may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic, and it is important when editing Wikipedia articles that such connections be completely transparent. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. In particular, we ask that you please:

  • avoid editing or creating articles related to you and your family, friends, school, company, club, or organization, as well as any competing companies' projects or products;
  • instead, you are encouraged to propose changes on the Talk pages of affected article(s) (see the {{request edit}} template);
  • when discussing affected articles, disclose your COI (see WP:DISCLOSE);
  • avoid linking to the Wikipedia article or to the website of your organization in other articles (see WP:SPAM);
  • exercise great caution so that you do not violate Wikipedia's content policies.

In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID).

Please take a few moments to read and review Wikipedia's policies regarding conflicts of interest, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, sourcing and autobiographies.

Also please note that editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted.

In this edit you claim to be a member of Vision Éternel. Andy Mabbett (Pigsonthewing); Talk to Andy; Andy's edits 22:47, 26 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

Hello AbridgedPause, I can likely send you some deleted histories - so long as the deletions were for reasons such as notability an not copyright issues. Please put the exact page title names on my talk page and I'll look in to it. — xaosflux Talk 18:32, 16 December 2020 (UTC) [reply]
