[edit]Hi, thanks for your work on the Robert Slimbach article. Just to explain, Wikipedia has a policy that hyperlinks don't go in body text because if we did that we would end up with too many in the main text and articles would become difficult to read. Instead, it's best to fill out citations in the body of the article which lead down to references at the end of the page (or that pop up if on mobile). I've put a more formal, automated message explaining this and linking to Wikipedia's policies below this. Incidentally, I answered your question on Corbel on that article's talk page. Hope that makes sense! Blythwood (talk) 10:20, 18 June 2020 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, I'm Blythwood. I wanted to let you know that I removed one or more external links you added to the main body of an article. Generally, any relevant external links should be listed in an "External links" section at the end of the article and meet the external links guidelines. Links within the body of an article should be internal Wikilinks. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address. |
