Information icon Hello, I'm Materialscientist. I wanted to let you know that I reverted one of your recent contributions—specifically this edit to Real Life (Joan as Police Woman album)—because it did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you have any questions, you can ask for assistance at the Teahouse or the Help desk. Thanks. Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited San Martino, Tarquinia, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page San Martino. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 06:04, 5 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Date order

[edit]

Hi, please see MOS:DATETIES - the date format used in Wikipedia articles will vary depending on country and should not be changed. ITBF (talk) 02:57, 7 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I also note a number of your edits have introduced grammatical and punctuation errors into articles. If you're not 100% confident with these - possibly with English as a second language - it might be better not to make these edits, as other editors will need to fix them. Blocked

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for abuse of editing privileges.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.

It appears you have been using automated software to make highly problematic edits ... and you have been unresponsive to concerns here. For example, "Louis Pasteur proved that heat-killed bacteria" is not a grammatical construction and the fact that you even thought to submit the edit in that state raises serious doubts about your competence to edit Wikipedia. Request reason:

Dear Wikipedia Administrators, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to humbly request an unblock of my Wikipedia account. I understand that my account was blocked due to disruptive editing and my failure to respond to messages on my user talk page. I would like to offer my sincerest apologies for any inconvenience I have caused and assure you that I am committed to improving my behavior and contributions on Wikipedia. I have taken the time to reflect on my actions and understand that my previous edits may have been counterproductive to Wikipedia's mission of providing accurate, neutral, and verifiable information. I now realize that engaging in disruptive editing does not contribute to the betterment of the platform and may negatively impact the work of other editors. Furthermore, I acknowledge my failure to respond to messages on my talk page. In hindsight, I understand the importance of maintaining open communication and actively addressing concerns raised by fellow editors and administrators. I genuinely regret my negligence in this regard and promise to be more responsive and collaborative in the future. Moving forward, I pledge to: Adhere to Wikipedia's guidelines and policies, particularly those related to neutrality, verifiability, and proper citation of sources. Engage in constructive editing and collaboration, avoiding any disruptive behavior or edit warring. Maintain open communication with other editors and administrators, addressing any concerns raised and actively seeking guidance when needed. Regularly monitor my user talk page, responding promptly to messages and engaging in respectful discussions. Continuously educate myself on Wikipedia's best practices, seeking ways to improve my editing skills and contribute more effectively to the platform. I humbly request that you reconsider the block placed on my account and grant me the opportunity to demonstrate my commitment to being a responsible and constructive Wikipedia editor. I understand that unblocking my account is a privilege and not a right, and I assure you that I will make every effort to abide by Wikipedia's policies and contribute positively to the community. Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to your response and the opportunity to learn from my past mistakes and grow as a valued member of the Wikipedia community. 49Clayborough (talk) 16:14, 21 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

I don't see a single thing here that actually mentions why you're blocked in the first place: inappropriately using automated software. --jpgordon𝄢𝄆𝄐𝄇 21:02, 21 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Could you specifically speak to the claim about your editing with automated software? 331dot (talk) 17:23, 21 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
