hello, I'm realmartcraft and I reverted your recent change at Artemy Vedel. I'd like to apologise for giving an incorrect reason for the revert, I asked about the rules regarding the Kyiv/Kiev situation ( WP:KIEV ) and despite the revert being valid (historical subject) I again gave the wrong explanation for this revert. I apologise for this mistake.
