[edit]Hello, I'm Kosack. Your recent edit to the page Adama Traoré (footballer, born 1996) appears to have added incorrect information, so it has been removed for now. If you believe the information was correct, please cite a reliable source or discuss your change on the article's talk page. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Kosack (talk) 13:06, 15 March 2018 (UTC)

[edit]Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to add unsourced or poorly sourced content, as you did at Genetics in fiction, you may be blocked from editing. Please do not try to edit-war your uncited paragraph of Original Research into Wikipedia - this never succeeds, and could get you blocked from editing. I am very willing to help you find suitable Reliable Sources, but we can't have uncited materials in this article. I do hope this is clear. If you need any help, feel free to ask me or the Help Desk. You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you add unsourced material to Wikipedia, as you did at Genetics in fiction. Chiswick Chap (talk) 10:34, 7 September 2020 (UTC)

- Well, thanks for trying, I know it's a serious learning curve with the use of citations rather than saying what one likes on chatrooms and so on. The BBC source you've added is (at best) primary, and it doesn't in any way discuss or illuminate the fictional biology (if there is any to speak of) in the episode; if all there is, is a hasty mention of mutation as a plot device, it's really not worth mentioning in the article. See if you can find an independent source; if not, it had better be removed, really. All the best, Chiswick Chap (talk) 11:06, 7 September 2020 (UTC)
This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address. |
