It's indefinite. If you wish to appeal your ban for good and return to legitimately editing Wikipedia, then you'll need to go through the standard offer process of at least six months (though I reckon 1 year minimum), then make a post at the admin noticeboard stating that you wish to appeal that three-strikes ban. Make sure to write a suitable name down there also (e.g. the username of your first account, or "Frenchie LTA"), so people know who you are.
