Welcome!
[edit]Hello! I noticed your contributions to Anoecia and wanted to welcome you to the Wikipedia community. I hope you like it here and decide to stay. You are welcome to edit anonymously; however, creating an account is free and has several benefits (for example, the ability to create pages, upload media and edit without one's IP address being visible to the public).
As you get started, you may find this short tutorial helpful:

[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions, but in one of your recent edits to Aviator hat, it appears that you have added original research, which is against Wikipedia's policies. Original research refers to material—such as facts, allegations, ideas, and personal experiences—for which no reliable, published sources exist; it also encompasses combining published sources in a way to imply something that none of them explicitly say. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources. Thank you. Materialscientist (talk) 00:46, 24 January 2023 (UTC)

[edit]Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Razer (robot). Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Repeated vandalism may result in the loss of editing privileges. Thank you. The C of E God Save the King! (talk) 08:01, 30 March 2023 (UTC)

[edit]Please note that since plant and animal and insect species are not constrained by national borders, and can routinely be found in a lot of countries, we do not microcategorize plants, animals or insects by every individual country — we categorize them at the level of the continent only, because a page could end up having to be in a dozen or more country-level categories (which is called "category bloat", and is a thing we're trying to avoid). And furthermore, articles are not allowed to be left sitting in redlinked categories that don't even exist, either.
So please do not go around trying to add plant, animal or insect species to "X of individual country" categories that don't exist to have articles in them. Thanks. Bearcat (talk) 17:37, 12 July 2023 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, I'm That Tired Tarantula. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Gigantopterus, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. That Tired Tarantula (talk) 02:02, 23 December 2023 (UTC)

This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address. |
