Phosphorus pnictides
[edit]- Monophosphorus mononitride (PN), an off-white to yellow-orange solid which decomposes at 800°C[1]
- Triphosphorus pentanitride (P3N5), a white solid which decomposes at temperatures greater than 850°C
Arsenic pnictides
[edit]- Arsenic nitride (AsN), which exists in the solid state as an oligomer, (AsN)x[2][3]
- Arsenic phosphide (AsP3), which has a tetrahedral structure similar to that of white phosphorus, with an arsenic atom at one vertex of the tetrahedron and phosphorus atoms at the other three.[4]
Antimony pnictides
[edit]- Antimony nitride (SbN)[5][6]
- Antimony phosphide (SbP)[7][8][9]
- Antimony arsenide (SbAs)[10]
Bismuth pnictides
[edit]- Bismuth nitride (BiN)
- Many "alloys" of bismuth and antimony in different concentrations with semimetallic bonding, BixSby[11]
