Criteria

Tenure

[edit]
  • A healthy tenure helps to gauge overall attitude/behaviour of the candidate. Thousands of edits in a short period are not able show how an editor would respond while under stressed, among many other things.
  • A healthy tenure also leads to candidate's participation in various namespaces, showing their knowledge (or lack thereof), and their attitude.
  • I expect a candidate should have at least twelve months of continuos editing, but the expectations may increase in case of candidate doesn't do a lot of edits per week.

Technical understandings

[edit]
  • I do not expect from the candidate to be a programming expert, an expert in Wiki engine, or to posses equivalent knowledge that of a template editor. However, I expect them to be familiar with basic why/how of wiki's technical aspect. For example, template editing experience or deep understanding is not expected; but the difference between transclusion, and substitution in layman's terms is expected.
