My aim in establishing a Wikipedia username is to help improve articles in particular Sussex-related articles, including those concerning the University of Sussex (where for the sake of transparency I am employed in a non-academic capacity).

The evolutionary process that is the maintenance of Wikipedia is a fascinating one, and I fear the time may come when I spend more time/energy in that study than in mainspace editing. Looking around the estate, I see that fate has befallen others already.
