[edit]can anyone here please tell me what is the supposed value of the "Movement Charter" being proposed? hope no one minds me asking this question here. it seems like the proposed "Global Council" would have some kind of executive authority, but I'm not sure what.
since this page is the only actual council that i'm aware of, i simply wanted to pose this question here. full disclosure, i also opened a topic at village pump on this. pls note i am posting here because i specifically would like some kind of clarification from this semi-official group, if anyone here has more knowledge than i do on this.
by the way, it appears the wmf board or some extension of the board is not in favor of this, so that small revelation was what sparked my current inquiry about this proposal. thaks.
