Wikipedia is a free online encyclopedia. The amount is practically unlimited, but Wikipedia does not aim to contain all knowledge. What is detemined by an online community commited in building a high-quality encyclopedia.

  1. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia.
  2. Wikipedia's community proccess and standards doern't make it an anarchy, democracy or even a democratical stystem.

Wikipedia is not a paper encylopedia, but a digital encyclopedia project.

  1. Wikipedia is not a dictionary, or a guidebook.
  2. Wikipedia is not a publisher of original thought.
  3. Wikipedia is not a mirror or a repository of - links, images, or media files (included - videos, games).
  4. Wikipedia is not a blog, web hosting service, social networking service, a place of watching videos, or memorial site.
  5. Wikipedia is not an instructional manual, guidebook or textbook.
  6. Wikipedia is not a collection of unverifiable speculation, minors, or presumptions.
  7. Wikipedia does not predit the future.
  8. Wikipedia isn't a newspaper.
  9. Wikipedia is not an experiment in democracy or any other political system.
  10. Wikipedia is not a laboratory.
  11. Wikipedia isn't a battleground (no hate speech, no bulling)
  12. Wikipedia is not compulsory.
  13. Wikipedia is not a lot of other things as well.
