Adolph W. Santorine, Jr. is a candidate for the West Virginia House of Delegates. A resident of Wheeling, West Virginia, Adolph or Dolph as he's called, is a successful businessman who is running as a Republican. Santorine (born 12/25/58)is a graduate of Ashland College (now University) in Ashland, Ohio with a BA in Business Administration. He is the former owner/President of Schedulestar, an athletic event planning software company, and HighSchoolSports.net, both based in Wheeling, WV.
