Precog was first described 1957 in Philip K. Dicks short story The Minority Report. Based on that story, Steven Spielberg directed a movie in 2002. Since the late 2000 years one of the Precogs is an active Wikipedia member. Although he is able to anticipate near future events, he is almost unable to report about himself in a third person view.
