- Briefly describe why you have chosen this article to evaluate. I have chosen this article because it has to do with technology, and since I am in a intro to information technology I thought it would be a good article to read.

- Does the Lead include information that is not present in the article? No, I think it all flows with technology transfer.
- Is the Lead concise or is it overly detailed? Yes, but it is helping to understand what it is.
