Awesome editors on Wikipedia! gratitude tribute | |||
---|---|---|---|
To me, all of the following editors are right up there high enough to overlook and oversee our five pillars!
Anthony Appleyard (deceased)
DGG (deceased) Diannaa 🍁 drewmunn (retired)
Evad37 Patrick. ツ Pdebee. ♠PMC♠ Scott • SlimVirgin (SarahSV) (deceased) Plus all of the other editors at my first RfA and my 2nd RfA, supporters, questioners, neutralists and opposers!
This list could always have more names – workin' on it boss! Maybe I'll try RfA for a third time? The RfA would probably fail like RfA1 and RfA2 did, but at least I'd get more names for this list! {{heh}} |

WikiProject: Countering systemic bias Project members create new articles and improve neglected ones. | ||

Please, try to never be offended by bias even if others have accused you of it. We are all brought up with prejudice, which can easily cause us to grow up biased ourselves. You don't want to let others push your buttons and control you. If you take offense then you just add to the problem. So keep your head and remember that the most effective way to fight evil is to spread the good. It's not always easy to counter systemic bias; however, on an ever-growing scale that is exactly what we all must learn to do. Try to keep up!

- More concerns:
- Popclock – We seem to worry about so many different things, when this is arguably one of our most pressing challenges.
- {{Population}}
- Flight of the bee – a lot of the food we eat traces from plants that are pollinated by bees (and other insects).
- Monarch butterfly endangered (migratory species) – there were a lot more insects around back when I was a boy!
- Origin of AIDS
- Online bullying
- Accessibility standards
- on Cosmology – (a subpage in my user space)
- on Death – (another subpage in my user space)
- InnSæi – The Power of Intuition, very good film about the ancient Icelandic term for "the sea within" (intuition) – unfortunately, with this edit, the link was recently removed from an article about the only notable person involved – expected to be added back in soon.
- Meditation – More people should learn how and practice it!
- Self-hypnosis, similar to meditation, yet different
- Reddit user page since 28 May 2017
- r/spreadthegood moderator
- r/meditationscience moderator
(especially less experienced ones – make it less difficult for them than it was for you! )
so let it always be lots of fun!
