Outline of proposed changes

[edit]

for the first source i picked "Do domestic cats impose an unsustainable harvest on urban bird populations", I can add more data that supports the topic that cats are impacting the wildlife population based on patterns and behaviors they notice. they have their own activity data that was collected over a couple of months that helps show the common behavior and patterns cats have expressed.

for the 2nd source i picked "The impact of feral domestic cats on native bird populations. Predictive modelling approach on a country scale". they talk looking about density distribution to look at the interaction between feral domestic cats and the environmental impact they have on 2 bird species. they made separate models to explore the difference in both species and see if the impact cats make is different for both and why that might be. this could help support more the idea that cats have an impact on wildlife population by looking at different results.

the 3rd source i picked "Prey selection and predation behavior of free-roaming domestic cats (Felis catus) in an urban ecosystem: Implications for urban cat management" can help add strategies| to prevent behaviors from cat that leave a negative impact on wildlife populations. they collect data that helps explain and provide strategies to manage feral cat behavior.
