Evaluate an article
[edit]This is where you will complete your article evaluation. Please use the template below to evaluate your selected article.
- Name of article: Communication access real-time translation (Communication access real-time translation)
- Briefly describe why you have chosen this article to evaluate: I'm interested in communication and access, and I had never heard of CART referred to as such before so I wanted to find out more.
1. Evaluating Content
[edit]- Everything in the article is relevant to the topic: some things are expanded on briefly but it does not distract or take away from the main idea of the article. I think that a brief history of CART (maybe even just the year it became mainstreamly used) would make the article a bit better.
2. Evaluating Tone
[edit]- The article is neutral, it does not take sides or state that CART is better than another form of real time translating.
3. Evaluating Sources
[edit]- There aren't even any real sources in this article - the links to explain some concepts all link back to Wikipedia pages. The facts in the article aren't backed up by a reliable secondary source.
4. Evaluating Sources (cont.)
[edit]- Each fact is not referenced with an appropriate, reliable reference - there are no references for the facts mentioned in the article. There is no way to tell where the information is coming from or the neutrality of the source.
5. Checking the Talk Page
[edit]- Guiding questions
- There is no discussion on the talk page for this article. The article is a stub. There are links showing what other WikiProjects this topic is of interest to, but there is no discussion about how the article should be updated or developed.
