Yes, the lead begins with looking back into the 1960s and the changes that would happen to get us to diversity today. The lead does include some descriptions of articles that are going to be described, but not all of them.
The information is very brief as the article goes into multiple different sections that break down diversity in business, all the information in the lead is talked about in the article. But there is a lot of potential to add more information into the lead to guide and interest the reader even more. In this article, I believe the lead should have more information of the facts said, information about articles and authors and a more generalized description of diversity.

The articles content stays relevant to the topic for the most part. While reading the article I noticed majority of the articles are 10-25 years out of date. Times have definitely changed with diversity in the last twenty years. The content that is missing is modern day diversity, and articles from 2020 can give a lot of updated information on diversity.
As for content that does not belong, all the information and topics stay relevant on diversity. Some information does not relate to business as much as I would want it to, but diversity is a topic that can relate to almost anything.
The article does a fantastic job at showing and explaining multiple sides to every argument. Such as (Liberal, radical and transformational change).

The article is very neutral in my opinion, mainly based off article facts. The claims are distributed evenly through all points and do not seem to favour one point.
The viewpoints I believe are underrepresented are the negatives to the types changes. It seems liberal change is the only paragraph with a weakness to it.
The article clearly describes the need for diversity in business, it is clear that diversity is needed for a functioning society and equality in the workplace.

With over 30 citations in a short article, it is no question there are lots of sources for information. The issue I came across was the many of the articles are out of date and should be updated with more information in the last 10 years. The sources do help the author describe their points and offer many links to articles that can expand on the point.
The links all do work. But, there are a couple times it says "citation needed", this is not good in my eyes as it is not giving any credit to the user who stated the fact or idea.
- Are all facts in the article backed up by a reliable secondary source of information?
- Are the sources thorough - i.e. Do they reflect the available literature on the topic?
- Are the sources current?
- Are the sources written by a diverse spectrum of authors? Do they include historically marginalized individuals where possible?

The article is written extremely well, it is easy to read (mostly has facts and articles) and has little to none grammatical errors. It is broken up into 9 sections that stay on topic and describe what I expect.

- Is the article well-organized - i.e. broken down into sections that reflect the major points of the topic?

There is zero images on the article, I would have liked to see a graph statistic on the diversity across the world. Canada is known as very diverse and we are all familiar with this. Although, in other countries this might not be so.
While looking for articles for this assignment, I noticed majority of articles do not have images. I did not expect this one to have images, but it would have been a nice touch to tie all facts and information together.

The many conversations are individuals adding data and improving the working, facts and cited articles.
This article is rated C on the wiki business projects. Meaning it is missing important content that can help improve it.
Wikipedia discusses this different as it on a much more general scale, comparing to millions of written articles and rating it based on everything. In our HR class we have viewed it on what we have learned and what improvements can we make to enhance our learning. Wikipedia is so large and it seems like to me have a very strict rating system, as articles can always be improved and are never perfect.

- How is the article rated? Is it a part of any WikiProjects?
- How does the way Wikipedia discusses this topic differ from the way we've talked about it in class?

The article is rated mid importance, I believe it such be much higher as diversity is so important to understand and follow. Diversity helps everyone understand each other as we are all different and understand that this is okay and is needed for any successful business. Seeing different understandings from many backgrounds grows our ideas and can actually build a stronger business or group.
I would have liked to see a bigger "implementation" section on this article. The current one is very general and does not help me understand how to follow through with all the information I just gained. As for any task, you can learn something but the biggest thing is implementing it into your business or lifestyle.
The article is in my eyes is a well developed, it is quite short but displays a lot of useful information and many different citations that lead to more information. There are some small improvments that should be addressed in the near future such as lack of information.
