Hi I’m Lionel DM
I am a Canadian that has had the benefit of living in many of the Canadian provinces over the past 57 years and being apart of its communities. I currently live in beautiful, historic Québec City, Canada.
About me
[edit]I studied at the University of Regina and The Institute of Canadian Bankers. I hold a PFP designation although I no longer practice.
I retired from TD Bank Financial Group in 2013 where I was involved in four areas within the institution: Retail branch banking, Private Investment Mangement, Trust and Estates and Business Banking.
Business banking was by far the most enjoyable for me personally as I helped hundreds of people turn their dreams into a reality by opening their own businesses. I enjoyed this venue so much that after retiring I opened my own Business Entrepreneurial Consulting business.
Now, I mainly travel and do everything in my power to stay away from cold Canadian winters- although Covid has been reminding me who is not in control.
I have found that Wikipedia has been such an integral part of what I include when I have to research topics that I thought it would be responsible to give back and attempt to add some content that may assist or inspire others.
What motivates me
[edit]I am motived and inspired by creative people. Musicians, writers and artists they all have ways of effecting your emotions and talking directly to your soul.
