The 1938 National Convention (Spanish: Convención Nacional de 1938) was the fourteenth constituent assembly of Bolivia. It met in La Paz from 25 May to 30 October 1938 to draft a new Constitution of Bolivia, supplanting the one enacted in 1880, and was dissolved on 24 April 1939.
