James Baldwin, was born as James Arthur Baldwin on August 2nd 1924 in New York, New York, and died on December 1st 1987 in Saint-Paul, France.[1] Baldwin was an American novelist, essayist, and playwright who's works were mostly based on the subject of race in America.[1] He was in important figure on the subject of race and racism in the United States and Europe.[1] Baldwin is mainly known for his works: Notes of a Native Son (1955), Nobody Knows My Name (1961), and The Fire Next Time (1963).[1]
