I found this page elsewhere with a different spelling. Don't know how to delete this page. Kitcheree is a mung dal and rice dish originating from India. Ayurvedic cooking considers kitcheree to be tridoshic, meaning it's good for everyone (any combination of the three Ayurvedic doshas).
