[edit]- List of Oklahoma school districts by county: nominated at AfD; notified Laldm (talk · contribs) 00:45, 18 March 2024 (UTC)
- Reason: Copy of List of school districts in Oklahoma with no need to have two distinct articles when the first one already divides schools up by County. Most - if not all - other states only have one article in the form of List of school districts in XXXXXXX

[edit]- Category:British Columbian provincial electoral districts established in 2023: nominated at CfD (CfR); renaming to Category:British Columbian provincial electoral districts established in 2024; notified RedBlueGreen93 (talk · contribs) 05:27, 3 January 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: Proposing that this category should be renamed to Category:British Columbian provincial electoral districts established in 2024. While I understand the rational behind why the category was originally named the way it was (the new destricts where decided upon in 2023), it doesn't make logical sense as they only came into effect (elected members) in 2024. The naming practice included here also doesn't follow what categories for other countries do on Wikipedia. i.e. the UK, where the Category:Constituencies of the Parliament of the United Kingdom established in 2024 exists for constrituencies which came into effect (established) in 2024, but were approved in 2023. On the United States, where congressional districts are sorted by the year they are first occupied, i.e. 2023 for North Carolina's 14th congressional district, and not the year they are apportioned and drawn (2021) or first elected (2024). I believe most other countries follow this latter practice as well. Similar nomination for Category:Canadian federal electoral districts established in 2023 to Category:Canadian federal electoral districts established in 2025, but for new districts starting in 2025.
- Category:Canadian federal electoral districts disestablished in 2013: nominated at CfD (CfR); renaming to Category:Canadian federal electoral districts disestablished in 2015; notified Moondragon21 (talk · contribs) 00:02, 4 January 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: See previous nomination, except this time for the disestablishment of electoral districts, here those which last were represented in 2015.
- Jack Rogers (UPS): nominated at RM; New name: Jack Rogers (businessman) 06:34, 5 January 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: Article title needs to disambiguated due to others at Jack Rogers, but having the name of the company he worked for doesn't seem right. Open to suggestions other than businessman.
- Savannah Smith: nominated at AfD; notified FFBFFB (talk · contribs) 03:59, 6 January 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: Non-notable former college basketball player (only appeared to play off the bench for ~3 seasons). Fails WP:GNG as notability WP:NOTINHERITED from Chris Christian (father).
- List of Big Ten business schools: nominated at AfD; notified Ohiopride (talk · contribs) 21:14, 12 January 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: Not a relevant sorting of business schools, as the Big Ten is a athletic conference, that doesn't organize primarily along athletic lines. Also see prev discussion Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/List of Atlantic Coast Conference business schools for the ACC, which resulted in a consensus decision to delete.

- Reason: Expanding upon a sub-discussion at the recent RfD (decision Keep) for the article 2018 Crozet, Virginia, train crash on the proper usage of MOS:GEOCOMMA. I believe that most of the article were renamed by @User:Bneu2013 in January 2024, under the pretence that MOS:GEOCOMMA should apply to article titles. (The MOS guideline is arguable unclear on if it applies only to the body of texts or article titles as well). For a title it doesn't really make grammatical sense - in my opinion - to have the second comma create a parenthetical of just "train crash," as it leaves context lacking from the rest of the title sentence. Here's an example from the MOS, He traveled through North Carolina before staying in Chattanooga, Tennessee, for the night. Creating a parenthetical after the state in the case doesn't really change the meaning of the sentence, as the individual travelled through NC and stayed in Chattanooga. This is different from an article title such as the 2018 Crozet, Virginia, train crash where removing train crash as a parenthetical really only leaves 2018 Crozet, Virginia and doesn't tell us anything about what the article is about.
- Template:G8-Finance: nominated at TfD; notified Place Clichy (talk · contribs) 18:47, 23 January 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: Duplicative of Template:G7-Finance, but for the Group of 8 which no longer exist (since 2014), as Russia has left. Also the template if out of date, and the need to have to keep updating two doesn't make sense.
- Template:Pete Hegseth series: nominated at TfD; notified Rochambeau1783 (talk · contribs) 23:15, 26 January 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: Don't think just being a cabinet member (without previously running for president, or significant political leadership) qualifies an individual for a series sidebar template. Most links in the template are for Hegseth's biography (at Pete Hegseth, and remaining mentions on other articles (i.e. Second cabinet of Donald Trump) are somewhat passing in nature.

[edit]- Erika Donalds: nominated at AfD; notified Court Liberty (talk · contribs) 00:31, 11 February 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: Doesn't pass WP:GNG as none of the posts they've held are notable for an article, with most notability appearing to be because she is married to a U.S. Representative, going against the principle of WP:NOTINHERITED. Most references do not provide WP:SIGCOV or are not independent of the subject.
- Category:New Brunswick New Democratic Party leadership elections in New Brunswick: nominated at CfD (CfR); renaming to Category:New Brunswick New Democratic Party leadership elections; notified Hungarian Phrasebook (talk · contribs) 08:30, 17 February 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: WP:C2C renaming to align with other provincial NDP Categories in Category:New Democratic Party provincial leadership elections.
- Category:Accidents and incidents involving the CRJ 900: nominated at CfD (CfR); renaming to Category:Accidents and incidents involving the Bombardier CRJ900; notified MemeDab99 (talk · contribs) 23:17, 17 February 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: WP:C2C renaming to align with other sub-categories within the Category:Aviation accidents and incidents by aircraft, that list the manufacturer's name prior to the aircraft type. See Category:Accidents and incidents involving the Bombardier CRJ200 or Category:Accidents and incidents involving the Airbus A320.
- Category:New Democratic Party of Canada politicians: nominated at CfD (CfR); renaming to Category:New Democratic Party politicians; notified Good Olfactory (talk · contribs) 00:24, 19 February 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: Category doesn't need to be disambiguated, the main article New Democratic Party isn't and the only other party by the same name is a minor one in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. Official party name doesn't include of Canada unlike the Liberals or Conservative. If the category has to be disambiguated it should be renamed Category:New Democratic Party (Canada) politicians to reflect the official party name, otherwise the Category:New Democratic Party politicians is prefered.
