Hello! I am a student currently attending the College of Dupage, hoping to help in the editing of Wikipedia articles. I come from the United States of America. I am pursuing a career in computer technology/hardware. I hope that learning how to edit Wikipedia articles will help me in becoming an avid writer and editor. I may have not contributed to an article just yet, however I hope the community will help to guide me in the right direction!

Articles I May Want To Work On
This article is about my most favorite metal band. They have been a huge presence in my life ever since I found them on YouTube when I was younger. Their lyrics are inspirational and have deep and powerful messages behind them. Some themes include the discouragement conflicts such as the War on terror. An example of the theme in practice can be seen in the song Boom!.
I was introduced to the game industry at a very young age. (In fact, my first gaming device was the Game Boy Advance SP which included the game Pokémon FireRed). During my years of gaming, I discovered a phenomenon in the gaming community dubbed "homebrewing." It is where individuals would hack a game device in order to run unofficial software not originally permitted. This discovery led many programmers and developers to making their first games.
Serj is the lead singer for the band System of A Down. He is un-arguably my favorite of the group. Unlike other heavy metal bands, he uses unusual instruments within his music that sets him apart from the competition.
This is a very new and upcoming music artist that I was lucky to find. I listen to his work from time to time. His music consists mainly of electronica and House music. Unfortunately, he has not released any media on vinyl or compact disc. His work can only be found online. I chose him as a candidate because there is no Wikipedia article containing information about him.
Last but not least we have Nintendo, my favorite video game company. Their presence in my younger days shaped my interests in the long run. They have high recognizability when it comes to the mention of their name. Their most well-known mascot is the character of Mario.
Overall, I hope to be able to contribute useful information to my favorite articles!
