Mia Sasha McKenna Bruce (born 3rd July 1997) is an English child actress, best known for her roles as Tee Taylor in the BAFTA winning British children's television series, Tracy Beaker Returns and in spin-off series The Dumping Ground, as Penny Branning, the daughter of Jack Branning (Scott Maslen) and Selina Branning (Daisy Beaumont), in EastEnders, and as Ashley Tyler in 2009 film The Fourth Kind. Career
[edit]Mia's first role was when she appeared in the popular BBC soap opera EastEnders as Penny Branning. She was contracted to film 20 episodes from 2007-2009. In late 2009, Mia starred in her first film role, The Fourth Kind. Her next role was as main character Tee Taylor in Tracy Beaker Returns for three years from 2010 to 2012.Since 2013, she has reprized her role as Tee Taylor[1]in a spin-off series called The Dumping Ground. The Dumping Ground has aired for two series, and a third series has been confirmed to be broadcast in early 2015.
Personal Life
[edit]Mia lives in Maidstone, Kent with her parents and two sisters, of which she is the eldest. She has completed her GCSE's at Maidstone Grammar School for Girls.
