Description

Bambusa khasiana grows up to 1.000 to 1.5 meters in height. Its woody stem, lacking nodal roots, grows to 25–30 mm in diameter.[5]

The flower of the plant has 6 stamens, 3 stigmas, and 3 lodicules.
